If you’ve been following the stories, you’ll ask why I’m being targeted and oppressed.
It is because of my refusal to tolerate oppression or fear oppressors.
I was unfortunate to engage local gangs who steal lands. They mercilessly tried to kill me, sent their agents to poison me and robbed me continually.
Worse is that they also prevented me from getting assistance from Police because they evendently have strong capacity locally.
Another concern is my character, I’m a feminist and this means I don’t treat women as weaklings. If a woman does something wrong, the same respect I accord her is the same suspicion or interview I’d also accord her.
I’ve been told that two women who poisoned my food, aided and abbetted robbery against me are part of the reason I was framed for murder. Nigeria law allows you to use force to prevent insults. I used minimal force to prevent these female suspects from insulting me when I politely asked them if and why they poisoned my food and aided robbery against me.
It is not a criminal or abusive act to use minimal force against someone insulting you as written in the Nigerian Constitution.
Section 285 of the Criminal Code Act in Nigeria. Prevention of repetition of insult
It is lawful for any person to use such force as is reasonably necessary to prevent the repetition of an act or insult of such a nature as to be provocation to him for an assault:
Provided that the force used is not intended and is not such as is likely, to cause death or grievous harm.

In both cases I provided relief when I discovered they were guilty by reason of insulting me instead of answering the questions but naive given they do not know their actions would cause death to me. I provided up to 3 million naira to continually support one of these aggressors and other sums of money against the other aggressor.
They apologized and wished to continue their relationship with me but for my safety I declined. I ensured they were compensated for the minimal force used to prevent repitition of insult even though Nigerian Law does not require me to do so.
The reason I had to use minimal force to prevent repition of insult was because I did not know that in Agbor Delta State, Nigeria, people who attack you usually insult you when caught as a defense where they expect you to know they’re insane. I was not aware of this character.
Now that I’m aware, I disassociate from such persons rather than feel offended or act against them to prevent repetition of insults.
A recent case in September 2024, was at Agbor prison. During the football tournament, I donated 12 pairs of shoes to prevent injury. The football team leader asked for another 12 pairs which amounted to 200,000 Naira. We agreed to get the shoes but the team leader rather suggested we do not get the shoes but give the money as prize to the winning team. I refused. It is how money allocated for road development is used by people to compensate themselves. The team leader insulted me similar to how those ladies did where I had to use minimal force to prevent repetition of insult. He said “We would have canned pauper“. A fellow inmate like me believes he is the one that imprisoned me and that my refusal to give him money for prize and personal use instead of for purchase of shoes means I’m a pauper. If I was in a bad mood, I’d have slapped him or ordered punitive measures to prevent repetition of insult but I simply sent him out and refused to buy more shoes for the soccer team.
These are some of the realities I experienced in Agbor.
If you happen to experience this, stay your anger and send them off. Their mission is to provoke you into beating them to prevent repetition of insult so they can complain to their gang of hooligans who will go to great lengths to frame you, attack you, poison you and maybe kill you.
Some victims egg and instigate others to punish them and use the punishment as an argument to attack innocent persons.
Trust that I treat men and women the same, if a man insults me, I’ll beat you with minimal force to prevent repetition of insult as constitutionally mandated.
Be careful of these lunatics.
