On October 17, 2023, I spoke to Delta State Chief Judge regarding my case, informed her I’ll be admitting evidence and opposing the trial at the next court date. Her voice today was quite low and sweet, almost different from how she normally talks when she comes for jail deliveries. I informed her my property was attacked again while I was detained wrongly and sent copies of the photos to her through the In-Charge Agbor prison. She assures me the matter will be closed, has been resolved, and that I should not worry. I’ll be speaking to her again for clear notices on if she’s helped and what I should do to be out asap.

After my remand on May 25, 2022, i refused to engage the Agbor prison inmate admission process. My lawyer was present and we were to discuss the immediate release prospects given my premises was attacked again by suspected criminals and assassins while I was in police custody. I met Justice Theresa Diai a short while later.

Justice Theresa Diai is energetic given she continually engages the prison through Jail deliveries and gives individual attention to the estimated 300 inmates at Agbor prison.

The jail delivery arrangements is Justice Theresa Diai and other Judges manning the high table with DPP (Department of Public Prosecution) and other persons positioned on both sides. She acts on complaints through persons present alongside herself. She notified DPP to expedite attention to my complaints in one of her visits. I’ve requested she be kind to review the facts sent to her and discharge the falsified case brought before court.

I’m yet to engage her given I’m vested in not just my release but other persons. A gentleman named Aburo is to receive 1.5 million naira being payment for his discharge which I’m trusting the Chief Judge, Delta State, can be kind enough to ease the discharge process on availability of the money requested in relation to Aburo.

Nigeria’s prisons are indicated to be congested. I’m hoping my efforts to help persons of good character is positively supported by Justice Theresa DIAI.
