I spoke to the In-charge and some other persons leading to modification of the story.
Agbor Prison inmates and staff have a troublesome character of assuming memory loss, especially when you take any medication.
The first occurrence was after i took some insomnia medications and slept during the day, some inmates informed me that they took me to the Chief Judge while I was asleep. This is ridiculous for many reasons, one is that the Chief Judge did not come to the prison on that day. The second is that the Chief Judge always publicizes her visits to the prison on Social Media and News Platforms. Third is I would know if I wake up and attend to any matter.
I spoke to the In-charge and 2IC about this matter and dissuaded the inmates and administration from such jokes.
I asked them how the Chief Judge would visit the prison without publicity on social media or arrangement of the facility.
A recently problematic development is that I ordered food on Sunday, 6th, October, 2024, from Asaba. The food arrived really late and I went to bed before it did. I woke up around 3am and asked for the food but I was told it was received and everyone ate it.
They then claimed I gave them permission to eat it. This is ridiculous and not true. How would I wake up and receive food when I was asleep and not remember it ?. I really liked what I ordered so I’d make an effort to eat it.
For clarity, I’ve never been assisted to see the Chief Judge or anyone else while I was asleep. I also did not receive food on Sunday, October 6, 2024.
I focus on this issue because from the moment I was arrested on April 19, 2022, Agbor Police command asked me to say I shot someone and I said No. I cannot write a claim that did not occur especially something as negative as shooting someone.
I’ve had other occurrences where it seemed Police and others wish to argue that it is possible I forgot an event. I document every event even before April 19, 2022, in writing as evident in having a CCTV Log Book showing dates the Camera was tampered and criminal or suspicious events.
