The witnesses to the April 19, 2022, attack at my premises are Myself, Happy Egwaleona, Bright Ossai. Happy Egwaleona works for me and she was with me at the Office before i left for the inner section which is behind the office where we usually welcome guests. The gate was not opened for anyone by Happy Egawaleona according to her accounts and neither did i open the gate for anyone.
Bright Ossai was at Asaba on April 21, 2022, and he gave his statement under threat, coercion and blackmail by Officers Blessing Edosa and Onyeama Nwoajigba according to Bright’s account. Bright tried to give this same false account during the documentary with MTO TV and luckily MTO TV told me that Bright is giving confusing accounts so i asked MTO TV to put the phone on loudspeaker where i told Bright that he should not be afraid of Police who told him to lie and simply say the truth. This was how bright got over the fear of Blessing Edosa and Onyeama Nwoajigba and told the truth which is available in the Documentary on Youtube.
The other person who gave a challenging account was Happy Egwaleona, While MTO TV was interviewing her, she wrongly stated that she witnesses the break-in into the premises and i was quick to tell MTO TV to ask her to recount what happened exactly as it happened. That was when she then clarified that she was in the Office during the break-in and that i was the one who was at the other section but she did not hear any gunshot and neither she did hear anyone knock the gate or request permission to enter the premises. This means that Happy Egwaleona my staff did not open the gate for Happy Uboh or any other person on April 19, 2022, as at the time when the break-in occurred at my premises.
Happy Egwaleona might have tried to help the situation but welcoming any account that is not factual would be a problem when arguing against a people at court who framed me up because some people reported a lie to them that i threatened them with a gun – I did not.
MTO TV did an amazing job to be patient because both witnesses almost gave accounts that they felt was helpful but would have made it seem like lies because facts matters in such criminal cases. Happy Egwaleona and Bright Ossai are commended for being truthful in a situation where fear of the Police might compel them to lie. Their truthfulness is the basis in which we’re making progress alongside the evidence showing that i’m the victim at my own premises and not the attacked or suspect in this matter.
The frameup by these persons accusing me failed when the witnesses and evidence proved that i was innocent of the accusation and was the owner of the premises that was attacked. I’ve told with witnesses that i commend their strength in resisting the frameup efforts by these persons and choosing to be truthful. The truth lives forever by lies are easily forgotten.
