On January 29, 2025, Agbor Prison told me that I was being taken to court but the vehicle went to Federal Neuro-psychiatric hospital Benin city, Edo state. The post above explains what happened but I told Agbor prison staff I would petition for the breach of my fundamental rights, deceit and wrong treatment.

I told both Nurse Veronica and Warder Iyasere that I would be petitioning the prisons wrongdoing and breach of my fundamental rights.
The Warder In charge ACC Joe Oni Akaraiwe asked me about the petition. I have had to petition the prison and the hospital for wrong conduct. This petition is a necessary complaint against Agbor Prison for deceit and wrong conduct. I am imprisoned while I’m the victim in my private premises by lies orchestrated by police.
