April 16, 2026 – Medical Report Different from Original, Dr.Jonathan discussing disruption of court, Dr.Jonathan discussing that demolition of my property was equivalent to a mad person not knowing he is mad, Dr.Jonathan putting my kidney at risk by recommending i take a drug to suppress the side effect of another drug he is giving for 16 days out of 30 days rather than focus on an alternative such as psychotherapy which he has stated is equally effective but slower, Dr.Jonathan tried to claim that the side effects of Flupentixol were Parkisonian-Symtoms which he agreed wasn’t true when i clarified that the effects were only when taking Flupentixol
- Barr.Precious stated he’d gotten another document from FNPH Benin to the court without my notice – I’ll request for this document
- Dr.Jonathan presented a modified and expanded document stating more points from Rachael Igberhi, Nurse Veronica from Agbor Prison and Warder James from Agbor Prison with false claims which are easily disproven by claims in the same documents and other evidence.
- Dr.Jonathan discussed disruption of court activities which is disproven by petitions accusing Happy Uboh and Gang, and Police Officers Blessing Edosa and Onyeama Nwaojigba which were filed by Barr.Richmon Natha-Alade in sametime the court complained that my prayer to Justice C.I Dafe to investigate the attack that occurred while I was detained was requested in an improper manner, I immediately ensured that my lawyer, Barr.Richmon Natha-Alade petition and submit these petitions to the court. I did not act in contempt against the court and after this prayer, I did not directly request for anything from the court directly.
- Dr.Jonathan stated that Rachael Igberhi gave a complaint of destructiveness, Rachael Igberhi complained that a mirror was broken at her home when i visited. I bought 2 cars for her as recent as 2022 which the last time I visited her home. The mirror she complained was broken is of insignificant value and I do not recall breaking a mirror. I asked her about the mirror complaint and she said whatever she was saying was meant to encourage dismissal of the case through the hospital. I told her she’d have to give a true and accurate report as we can and will dismiss the matter through evidence, petitions being investigated and witnesses.
- Dr.Jonathan said I should not demolish my property which was a decision I made after concluding that the community was unsafe for further residence due to these armed attacks and false accusations by Happy Uboh and his gang. I eventually decided not to demolish the property which I used evidence in the documentary showing that Happy Uboh and his gang were the attackers at the property alongside witness accounts on video. Dr.Jonatha made parables that mad people on the street do not know they are made because I insisted that I have a right to demolish or build on any property I own. I transferred the property to my father, Michael, when my surety had to present a document for bail as I did not want him to use his own property for the land requirement. I do not have a current plan to demolish the property but I’ll be getting a fundamental right order from court informing Dr.Jonathan and FNPH that they do not have a right to interfere in a matter that is not of medical relevance such a demolishing or building on my own land.
- Dr.Jonathan tried to claim that the side effects of Flupentixol were Parkisonian-Symtoms which I refuted and told him that when I did not take Flupentixol, I did not experience any symptoms such as tremors or seizures which are clearly stated to be side effects of Flupentixol. He agreed and stated that he’d recommend Benthexol in addition to Flepentixol which he still prescribed during our visit on April 16, 2026.
April 16, 2026 – Barr.Precious stated that he’d gotten another document from FNPH Benin to the court without my notice informing the court of the ongoing consultations. I’ll check CTC for the report which is different from the report from FNPH which initially recommended my bail and review at the hospital.
April 16, 2026 – Met Dr.Jonathan, He presented a document that was different from the original document with increased complaints by the informants, Rachael Igberhi, Nurse Veronica from Agbor Prison, Warder James from Agbor Prison.
Dr.Jonathan stated he was focused on certain points such as disruption of court activities, he asked what happened at court that was considered disruptive. I told him that I prayed to the Judge to help investigate an attack that occurred while I was in custody at the same premises. I also petitioned for the attack to be investigated through my Lawyer Barr.Richmon Natha-Alade which is attached as “Petition against Happy Uboh and Gang and Petition against Police Officers, Blessing Edosa and Onyeama Nwaojigba”.
Dr.Jonathan stated another point which was a complaint of destructiveness – He stated he was informed by my mother of destructiveness, Rachael Igberhi informed the hospital to my knowledge that I destroyed a mirror when she was absent from the home. I do not recall destroying a mirror and neither was she witness to it. I purchased 2 cars for Rachael Igberhi as recent as 2022. How would she then accuse me of destroying a mirror whose value is beneath the value of things I purchase for her ?. I spoke to Rachael and told her that irrespective of believing that the hospital was the only way out of the false accusation of Murder, we have sufficient evidence and petitions which are being investigated to show that Happy Uboh and gang and the people who attacked and broke into my premises, We also have witnesses such as Bright Ossai and Happy Egwaleona who were both with me on April 19, 2022, when Happy Uboh and gang attacked my premises and other witnesses such as Emmanuel, the Welder, and Okafor, who saved my life on previous armed attack by these armed criminals.
Dr.Jonathan also discussed that I do not have a right to demolish my own property, I told him I can inform the Local Government Authority I want to demolish a property and I would not receive a contest from the local government because it is my right to build or demolish my own properties. It is a standard practice. Dr.Jonathan disagreed and stated he’d consider me to have problems if I choose to demolish my property. I told Dr.Jonathan that he can advise I do not demolish a property because it is a waste of money spent in building the property but there is no medical basis to interfere in choices that do not concern him or FNPH Benin. He disagreed and said he’d give a parable. I told him not to give parables as Psychiatrist and only give medical opinions, He still insisted on giving a parable – He said that mad people who are in the street, mad and dirty do not know they are mad. I told him that he cannot argue insanity because I choose to demolish a property that I own due to armed attacks by Gunmen in Agbor. He continued to insist that my insistence that I have a right to build or demolish is a cause of concern to him. I have informed my lawyers we will need to get a fundamental right order from a court informing the hospital that they do not have a right to categorize matters such as building and demolishing as mental illnesses.
Dr.Jonathan tried to claim that the side effects of Flupentixol were Parkisonian-Symtoms which I refuted and told him that when I did not take Flupentixol, I did not experience any symptoms such as tremors or seizures which are clearly stated to be side effects of Flupentixol. He agreed and stated that he’d recommend Benthexol in addition to Flepentixol which he still prescribed during our visit on April 16, 2026. I’ve told him that he’d have to drop the medications and focus on therapy while we work at court and Police to dismiss this false accusation. Dr.Jonathan tried to impose Parkinson related symptoms when factually the side effects I described are from Flupentixol and stated as side effects of Flupentixol which led to the US “not approving” the drug for use in the USA. Dr.Jonathan further stated that my complaint of the drug Benthexol being dangerous to my health when taken for 16 days which is the minimum duration of the effect of the drug Flupentixol was not a reasonable complaint. He stated that people take drugs for High Blood Pressure for life and as such found it reasonable to give me the drug benthexol for long durations such as 16 days in 30 days monthly which would be putting my kidney at risk alongside other risks from frequent usage of any drug that is not required to stay alive. I’ll be getting a fundamental rights order from court that Dr.Jonathan cannot put me on any long term medication when psychological alternatives exists as stated by he himself. Dr.Jonathan was also the one to discourage intake of the drug Benthexol for long terms during my previous visit before April 16, 2026. He has somehow decided to prescribe the drug Benthexol for a long duration of 16 days monthly which is a dangerous practice when alternatives exists that do not put my health at risk from long term usage of any medication.

February 9, 2026 – Request to provide non-psychiatric medical care and my refusal because I’m already attending to non-psychiatric care at other institutions.
On Monday February 9, 2026, I visited FNPH, Benin City, Edo State with Barr.Precious to continue the discussion of “why I insisted the Judge investigate the attacks against me while I was in custody on May 15, 2022, at the same premises where an attack occurred on April 19, 2022, which I went to report at the Police Station where I was detained and wrongly accused”. I asked the Judge, Justice C.I Dafe to acknowledge my request and I refused to leave the dock until she considered my request. The Judge, Justice C.I Dafe later received these complaints from my Lawyers but on the day I refused to leave the dock, my Lawyers were not present in Court. she ordered a psychiatric evaluation which didn’t go well because I insisted that my Lawyer be present before consenting to any evaluation and the Psychiatric hospital at Benin City, Edo State, FNPH, insisted that I had No Rights which led to me Petitioning FNPH for an Apology and indicating I’d take the matter to court if they didn’t acknowledge that my fundamental rights were not upheld by refusing to provide my lawyer or allow me invite my lawyer before any evaluation.
On the February 9, 2026, visit, I went with Barr.Precious after traveling late at night so I was very sleepy. We waited for Dr.Jonathan who was to attend to us. FNPH provides chairs for persons waiting to be attended to by the records office, one of these chairs was almost half broken and sitting on it would have led to infrastructural collapse of the chair. My lawyer managed to sit at a side briefly but I refused to sit on the evident broken chair which would have collapsed if the load increased.
I was very sleepy but Dr.Jonathan came eventually and on this visit he wanted to start a new routine which we’d not explored in previous visits, he wanted to provide medical examinations which is entirely different from the psychiatric evaluations which we were undertaking. I complained about criminal attacks, food poisoning, break-ins and other complaints that have been proven to be true but due to being denied the right to provide my statement, I was remanded to prison with a false statement that I did not write. The psychiatric hospital investigated my complaints and initially thought that I was making up stories. The psychiatric hospital later confirmed that my complaints were true with supporting video evidence showing events that continued to occur due to a refusal by Police to acknowledge and investigate these complaints in 2022.
I told Dr.Jonathan that we’re currently discussing the issue of me being wrongly categorized as having bad behavior at court and he’s trying to provide medical review and examinations which are already being carried out by other medical institutions. I told him that I will submit the recent medical reports and declined a repetition of the same medical procedures which I had already done at other institutions.
Dr.Jonathan made a claim which is unusual, he stated that he as a doctor would like to examine caregivers who bring patients to the hospital and I asked him if he thinks it’s legal or reasonable to examine my lawyer who was bearing witness and representing me at our consultations when my lawyer was not complaining of any medical condition ?. Dr.Jonathan said Yes, he said he’d like to examine my lawyer even though my lawyer is not complaining of any medical condition. I told him that it would be a violation of my lawyers fundamental right to have any medical examination such as blood pressure, sugar levels or any form of medical examination without his explicit request when he’s not the patient and when he’s not visiting the hospital for a medical checkup. Dr.Jonathan said that free community checkups are an example that everyone needs medical checkups. I responded that free community checkups are entirely different from forcing medical examinations on caregivers, lawyers or everyone as he desired. I personally know that myself and everyone would refuse to be examined when we take someone to the hospital because we’re not complaining of any ailment and medical checkups are not mandated as required by any law.
Dr.Jonathan also agreed when I asked him about possible treatment options for complaints such as behavioral matters that Pharmacological, Therapeutical and one other option which I’ve forgotten are possible treatment options. He stated that while therapeutic treatment is effective, drugs are much faster and as such he usually recommends drugs rather than therapy. I told him that a drug such as Flupenthixol which is not approved for use in the USA is being given to people in Nigeria at FNPH, Benin City, Edo State, and the drug has side effects that make life worse for the patient rather than help or improve the behavioral concerns for which they were prescribed. I also told him that he should be aware that Flupenthixol’s side effects are only manageable with anti-spasmodic drugs such as benthexol, he said he’d not give the anti-spasmodic drugs without good reason. I told him that Flupenthixol has a half life of 8 days in the body, that means side effects might be experienced for up to 16 days after intake. I complained against the drug’s side effects and requested that we explore therapeutic options while I’m still investigating the matter at Police Force Headquaters, Abuja, and yet to close the case at court and dismiss the matter which would make it unnecessary for the hospital to ask the court to grant me bail on medical grounds.
Dr.Jonathan stated he’d speak to a consultant about the prospects of therapeutic options rather than pharmacological options. I told him I’ll submit documents like I’ve always done of my medical activities at my preferred institutions while they focus solely on mental health which FNPH happens to be focused on. He wrote on his notes that I declined his request to check my blood pressure. I considered the effect of further hostility between me and FNPH and how Justice C.I Dafe would interpret such hostility. I agreed to a blood pressure check and declined any invasive procedure because I’m already having a comprehensive health management activity with documents regularly submitted to FNPH and the court at the best institutions in the country.
My blood pressure was checked by Dr.Jonathan with my lawyer present and Dr.Jonathan was surprised that it was normal. I don’t know what he expected or why he felt my blood pressure being normal was surprising. I’m the complainant, although I don’t like the fact that the accusers are lying to protect the person who broke into my premises, I do not live of a life of fear or panic when we have a competent Police agency and public media to dispel rumors, falsifications and investigate criminal activities which I’ve successfully done from the moment I was wrongly accused and detained. I made very significant progress for Dr.Jonathan to acknowledge that he’s now convinced with CCTV evidence that my complaints of food poisoning, breaking and entry and other crimes against me are true, factual and reported to the police.
The other possible reason for Dr.Jonathan expecting a high blood pressure may be because he’s aware of increased thyroid hormones which was discovered by FNPH, Benin City, Edo State, during our initial visits and conflict about my rights as a Nigerian and a human being. I was however busy from the moment I was informed of increased thyroid hormones to the moment I got released from prison with treatment for every single condition observed both by FNPH and my own medical investigations at other hospitals. I told Dr.Jonathan that I’ll submit a recent medical report before the next week from February 9, 2026, containing my blood pressure and other vital medical reports which makes it unnecessary for FNPH to trouble itself past matters of mental health.

I met a female Doctor and another gentleman who did not identify himself as a Doctor but he sat on the bed in the consultation room and observed the entire process, giving his inputs. I told her about the video evidence which she had not seen. I showed the video evidence to Dr.Jonathan during my previous visit but i’ve not submitted it to the hospital formally. I will do so asap. The female Doctor asked me if i knew what i was charged for at court, I told her i’m a complainant and i only know that i went to the police station to make a complaint and was arrested. I don’t know if she expects me to know of the false charges that were concocted to arrest and remand me for 3 years. She prescribed Flupentixol and Ozace once again which are drugs associated with behavioral concerns. I’ll be arguing against Flupentixol on the basis of it being banned in the U.S, the drug has extreme side effects include a false simulation of down syndrome which is a topic i’ll discuss later – “How flupentixol is used to simulate down syndrome”. The drug also has a long half life, 8 days i think. This means the side effects can occur for up to 8-16 days. She evidently was not satisfied with my insistence that i don’t know why i was arrested and that i do not see a relevance of being given medications rather than counseling to help me recover from the trauma of being robbed and almost assassinated in my own premises. I’ll submit the video evidence of the recent food poisoning attempt at my residence and discuss with her or any other doctor during my next visit on the factuality of my complaints – If they’re still adamant to acknowledge that they’re treating a trauma victim for behavioral issues, I’ll likely ask to be referred to another institution or contest their diagnosis. My attendance of the psychiatric institution is not willful, its by reason of a court order. I’m not okay but not behaviorally, I’m not okay in terms of suffering trauma from being robbed, almost assassinated and the entirety of criminal attacks i suffered at my premises – I’d like to speak to someone, not take medications for behavioral issues.

I’ve made several visits to Federal-Neuro Psychiatric Hospital before October 2, 2025, but the visit on October 2, 2025 is noteworthy. I learnt a hard lesson from the attacks in 2022 when people were asking me if i had video evidence of the criminals entering my premises or carrying out the crimes – I do, but the criminals also destroyed majority of the evidence during their entries. The lesson learnt is to secure the CCTV room and separate the power supply from the main premises power supply and it worked like a charm – I was able to capture my security personnel accessing pots of food from the kitchen window, this act is life threatening as we cannot tell if he was trying to poison the food or do something sinister. I met a Doctor on this date named Dr.Jonathan, I discussed with him about how Federal-Neuro Psychiatric Hospital considered my claims of food poisoning, attacks against my premises and other complaints to be imaginary because my family members choose to lie to the hospital about the credibility of my claims. He asked if i could prove my claims and i said Yes, I told him i setup better systems to capture criminal activities at my premises and i successfully captured a similar incident in 2025 which gives credence to the same incidents in 2022 which i petitioned to police and the hospital. Here’s the video below which i showed him on an ipad. For the first time, Dr.Jonathan agreed that i was not delusional or lying. He said the only other aspect of concern was my mother claiming that i called her a witch. I’ve spoken to my mother that she is required to speak to the Doctors about that claim being untrue – I said her destruction of evidence that i needed to present at court was witchcraft, I did not call her a witch.

I was taken to Federal Neuro-psychiatric hospital Benin city, by Warder James, Nurse Veronica. I was clerked (my details taken) by a doctor named Dr.Moses.
Dr.Moses asked lots of personal information which I gave, he interviewed my mother about my character, she lied about my character such as her false claim that I throw food away instead of eating it all. I again asked her not to lie and informed Dr.Moses that she is lying in an attempt to help me according to what she told me.
Dr.Moses asked if I hear voices, I said No. I told him I’m involved in spiritual practices like my father and mother. Dr.Moses observed my thyroid on my neck and stated he’d like to carry out tests. He prescribed 4 tests, urine toxicology, blood thyroid function test, psychological test, and a scan. He also asked for my university admission letter.

I was taken to Federal Neuro-psychiatric hospital Benin city, by Warder Iyasere, Nurse Veronica, I gave urine, and my statement of why I was sent to the hospital for evaluation to a doctor named Dr.Okonkwo.
Dr.Okonkwo gave another injection and gave same drug Ozace for the side effects.
Dr.Okonkwo asked for my documents to be submitted to the director. The documents were submitted. I asked the directors office staff if they have power to investigate and discharge me, they said yes.
My mother was present, I told her she should not lie to help me gain freedom.

I discussed with my lawyer Barr.Richarmond Natha-Alade about the hospital visit. I informed him I might sue the prison for refusal to give me access to my lawyer before the evaluation and for deceiving me about the destination on January 29, 2024.

I was told I was being taken to court but the vehicle went to Federal Neuro-psychiatric hospital Benin city, Edo state.
I told the nurse, Veronica, that I would not enter the hospital without my lawyer.
We argued for hours until they asked the hospital guards to force me out of the vehicle.
They tied me to a bed and took blood from me , they injected me with an unknown drug(Flupentixol) and asked for urine which i refused to give.
The unknown drug(Flupentixol) caused tremors but they knew it would because they gave me ozace(a medication to stop the tremor side effects).
I asked the doctor for the name of the unknown drug at a later date.
