Fake autopsy : Murder allegation against Mouka Emmanuel

The IPOs assigned to the unlawful arrest and interrogation falsified a statement to claim an accidental discharge occured. Next they informed me they’d take me to my premises as the scene of crime. I refused and fought against the outrageous plan. Next they took me to Agbor morgue as a detour after my lawyer advised calm. The IPOs, Tino, persons present ran out of the morgue yet they present an abominable autopsy report when an autopsy could not have occured and to my knowledge, no one died.

I did not give a statement at Asaba save verbal accounts of the repeat attacks which I reported to police. Michael Morka, my supposed father was determined to frame me up for murder so he against my advise continued to encourage the police in presenting and falsify documents such as a false autopsy report they submitted to the court.

I spoke to my lawyer about the prospects of ensuring their false claims were not outrightly insulting by engaging the coroner for inquiries such as verification of the person claimed to be dead and confirming the cause if they can present the corpse. My lawyer did not do that and eventually had emergencies which led to him leaving Delta State.

The autopsy report is fake with certainty. The evident ochestration is to claim a death occured while the situation is me being attacked at my private premises.

Tino’s account of the false autopsy and why I do not believe his claims.

On November 20, 2023, I asked Tino these questions regarding the fake autopsy.

Questions

• Blessing and you stated you were chased out of the morgue. I’d like your account of what happened when you left the vehicle till when you came out and any knowledge of the fake autopsy situation.
• Pa, other persons are accused of doing same by me so it’s not impossible but I’m asking your response and defense. What you say will he published and I’ll hold you accountable to it in future discussions, this murder accusation and life in general.
• Say the truth .

Tino’s answers

• Tino: I didn’t state such and I wasn’t chased but we had to leave because the presence of the deceased family were making us uncomfortable, I went for the autopsy with barrister Aliu and the wife , Blessing was on a different vehicle, not with me . I don’t know whether it’s fake but I went for the autopsy with the persons I stated .
• Tino: I had no hand in any blackmail or extortion too, all through the incident all I did was carry out instructions you gave me .

Why Tino’s answers are lies.

Tino states that he went for an autopsy with Barr. Aliu and the wife and he wasn’t chased out. I’m aware of only one autopsy event where me, Tino, Blessing detoured to Agbor morgue without prior planning and I told Tino he should be confident given he’d possibly be exposed to a morgue environment. Tino claims he went for an autopsy with Barr. Aliu and his wife. The only time I’m aware of an autopsy engagement was not with Barr. Aliu’s wife as she was never at Agbor Morgue at the same time as I was. This would mean Tino is making a false claim as I’m only aware of one autopsy engagement where Blessing and Tino were chased out. I would not trust the autopsy process to a lawyer without my involvement. If someone is accusing me of killing another, I’d love to know and verify the cause of death. It’s crucial to my defense. I’d also love to see the corpse.

I spoke to Tino before he went into the morgue which I’ve stated while interviewing him further to assure he has not mixed the event with other events.

Further answers will expand my contest or affirmation of his accounts.

Other reasons I do not believe Tino’s claims and accuse him of supporting the intent to frame me for murder like my father

Tino has a negatively complex history.

• ‌Tino received my questions regarding the fake autopsy situation same time Barr. Aliu received the questions at 6:00 PM on November 20, 2023, he read the conversations at 7:17 PM. He responded at 2:12 AM on November 21, 2023. Tino is suspected of contacting my father who is supporting the frameup and other persons to advise him on how to respond leading to his ridiculous answer totally unrelated to the autopsy event which is the only autopsy event I’m aware of where I spoke to Tino before he entered the morgue. I sent him in literally so he’d bring feedback and I’d decide on how to handle the situation. I’d love to see the person claimed to be dead with certainty after discussion on the factuality on the claim and the identity. Happy Uboh was not dying or bleeding. He was okay when I helped him. He asked for help and I called neighbours and helped. He’s the second person from his company that has asked for help but he broke in, the other person was working when he had an accident. Tino is citing Barr. Aliu’s wife to attest to his account. She was not there when I and Tino spoke before he and Blessing entered the morgue at Agbor.
• Tino may have intentionally destroyed my Corolla and phone. After the destruction of my Corolla in an accident as he claims. He informed me he usually left my phone in the vehicle with broken glasses. This would mean he exposed my phone’s containing evidence, my business and other important information to theft. He gives a questionable account of how he damaged my phone. It is not beyond him to damage my phone intentionally.
• ‌I gave Tino a phone recently as a loan and insisted he be energetic in his business so he can pay me back, he refused and I had to report to my father to intervene and explain to Tino that he is not a child and has to be actionable on paying debts or returning the items rather than being angry when he was well aware of the condition in which I gave him the phone. I usually gift him phones but I wanted to ensure he’d be energetic in his business. I forfeited the phone to him when he exhibited further childish attitudes and my father indicated I’d be taking the phone from a child.
• Tino refuses to attend to my errands while depending on me to rent and furnish his apartment while refusing to be available to me. He does not work for me or contribute to me in any positive way. I continually complain about his desire for my assistance and refusal to reciprocate.
• Tino and another girl, Jasmine (a complex staff who claimed to abort 3 pregnancies within an unreasonably short time) are suspects in unlocking my phone after I left it in my premises while they were both visiting me. I enquired but didn’t take action on it. Both of them are capable of mischief, likely Tino would be daring to open my phone without my permission.
• Tino, right before these incidents went on an errand with my Corolla, returned and gave my keys then stated he was leaving and won’t handle the errand without explanation. I reminded him he was working as a bricklayer in Agbor when everyone abandoned him but I choose to intervene against advise from my mother and invest greatly in his education and life. I was still investing while he was refusing to run simple errands.
• Tino stole a watch belonging to someone else and argued while I informed him he should not do so. If the owner of the watch found it on him, He’d complain I gave his watch to Tino when the expectation was it’d be in my custody until I reissued it back to the owner.
• Tino misinformed his mother that I told him there was a conflict between her and my mother. What I told Tino was that his mother and my mother fought a lot during my mother’s marriage to my father. I asked him to ensure we do not fight in such forms by behaving right because he was showing signs of bad behaviour and I was informing him our family history to prevent conflicts between us.
• Tino stole money on a business deal. When I enquired and discovered. I didn’t take action against him but advised he shouldn’t do so next time. Rather than appreciate my tolerance, he may wrongly have felt his wrongdoing was right. Future events where he behaved rudely are suprising to me given he should indefinitely appreciate my tolerance and stay his wrongdoing.
